My Story

Welcoming Health & Wellness

When I was growing up, I thought wellness meant eating three meals a day and making sure I didn't smell. I was not aware that I needed to look after my physical, mental, and emotional health daily. I ended up looking very healthy on the outside, but being very unhealthy on the inside. 


At Lumina Wholeness, I do my best to provide holistic health resources for individuals seeking guidance and support in every part of their wellness journey. This site is an invitation to explore new paths to wellness and discover an holistic approach to living well. This includes informative books, apps and links to holistic sites that can help in your healing journey. This information is aimed at fostering physical, mental and spiritual well-being and growth.
